Roles and Responsibilities 

Should have good exposure of Employee Relations. Candidate with LLB would be given added advantage. This includes command on Labour Laws, Liaison with various bodies, Public Relations, Proactive Employee Relations, etc

Desired Candidate Profile 

Sound knowledge of Labour Laws.
Competent enough to understand the need of people and can strategies Pro-actively.
(MLW / MSW / MHRD / MBA HR (With min First Class)
